What you will do

• Contribute to strategic direction of ML initiatives, aligning technical solutions with organizational goals.
• Lead program inception, shaping new ML systems from idea to deployment, overseeing feasibility and resources.

• Own ML application lifecycle including pipelines, training, deployment, monitoring, and evaluation.

Requirements

• Experience developing technical vision and strategy aligned to business needs.

• Machine learning engineering and data science expertise: ML concepts, algorithms, frameworks, model lifecycles.
• Designing/operating ML infrastructure: on-premise/cloud, infrastructure as code, monitoring.
• Strong stakeholder management, resilience in ambiguity, leadership in coaching/mentoring.
