What you will do

• Design and implement a next-generation ML ranking system for personalized feeds, search, and other products.
• Develop ML and Generative AI systems within cloud-based production environments at scale.
• Collaborate with Product and Infrastructure teams to translate requirements into scalable ML systems.
• Write efficient, scalable, and maintainable code to facilitate rapid and safe iteration.
• Mentor team members and drive engineering best practices through code reviews and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience developing large-scale distributed systems and data-intensive ML based systems.
• Proficiency in Go, Python, C++, or other object-oriented programming languages.
• Experience designing and implementing performant and reliable machine learning systems (recommendation systems preferred).
• Must be based in the United States.
• BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration in a fully remote environment.
