Salary: $120,000-175,000 annually

What you will do
- Own cradle-to-grave development of prototype integration and test equipment
- Design and build test fixtures to validate robot hardware under real-world conditions
- Develop drivelines and test stands for actuator integration and validation
- Support electromechanical integration with sensors and motors
- Generate accurate 2D drawings using GD&T per ASME Y14.5
- Collaborate with mechanical and systems integration teams on hands-on testing
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in mechanical engineering
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical, Biomechanical, Robotics, Mechatronics, or similar
- Experience using 3D CAD software for complex geometry parts
- Experience designing and building prototypes
- Ability to write and maintain clean documentation for design processes
Nice to have
- Experience with CATIA V6
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and first article inspection
- Experience with actuators (strain-wave, planetary, cycloidal)
- Exposure to sensors, motors, or electromechanical systems
- Experience with FEA, simulation tools, or basic programming (Python, MATLAB)
