What you will do

• Own cradle-to-grave development of prototype integration and test equipment
• Design and build test fixtures to validate robot hardware under real-world conditions
• Develop drivelines and test stands for actuator integration and validation
• Support electromechanical integration with sensors and motors
• Generate accurate 2D drawings using GD&T per ASME Y14.5
• Collaborate with mechanical and systems integration teams on hands-on testing

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in mechanical engineering
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical, Biomechanical, Robotics, Mechatronics, or similar
• Experience using 3D CAD software for complex geometry parts
• Experience designing and building prototypes
• Ability to write and maintain clean documentation for design processes

Nice to have

• Experience with CATIA V6
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and first article inspection
• Experience with actuators (strain-wave, planetary, cycloidal)
• Exposure to sensors, motors, or electromechanical systems
• Experience with FEA, simulation tools, or basic programming (Python, MATLAB)
