Data Verification Operator (Physical Security)

TL;DR

Data Verification Operator (Physical Security AI): Reviewing and analyzing alert data, images, and videos for access control and security incidents with an accent on real-time validation and threat detection. Location: Onsite in Redwood City office three days a week (talent, engineering, product, design, marketing teams); all Bay Area employees join on Fridays.

Compensation Range: $24 (hourly)

What you will do

• Respond promptly across communication channels including Slack, email, phone.
• Review and validate physical security alerts in real time, document findings, escalate issues, identify patterns to improve product and workflows.
• Analyze security incident data to detect threats, anomalies, vulnerabilities.
• Monitor and respond to alerts/notifications for timely incident handling.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for operational continuity and resolution.
• Document incidents accurately using tools/systems.
• Partner with engineering on data collection, annotation, product testing.
