Location: Remote (US only, continental US-based hours), option for Philadelphia, PA office

Salary: $75,000-$100,000 annually

What you will do

  • Lead organic strategy and build annual/quarterly roadmaps accounting for SEO and GEO across AI search environments.
  • Serve as primary client contact, guiding discussions on organic growth, AI Overviews, and competitive positioning.
  • Conduct content gap analyses, keyword strategy, competitive research, and SERP analysis including generative results.
  • Translate GA4, Adobe, Search Console data into insights connecting performance to client goals.
  • Strengthen technical SEO like site architecture, internal linking, structured data for discoverability.
  • Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) and automation for research, insights, and scalable workflows.
  • Test and document AI-driven GEO experiments to shape modern organic visibility approaches.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US and able to work continental US-based hours
  • Experience building/driving SEO strategy across industries, adapting to AI-generated search shifts.
  • Strong technical SEO foundation (site architecture, structured data, indexing, performance).
  • Ability to tie SEO/GEO performance to business outcomes and communicate to stakeholders.
  • Advanced use of AI/LLM tools for data analysis, research, and workflows.
  • Analytical skills with GA4, Adobe, Search Console, SEO tools, and emerging GEO metrics.
  • Strong project management for multiple clients and cross-functional collaboration.
