What you will do

• Understand and document existing ServiceNow services, reports, and dashboards
• Create, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports
• Participate in project, reporting, and operational meetings
• Support Power BI dashboards and drive continuous improvements
• Analyze data for consistency, accuracy, and business relevance
• Translate business needs into clear reporting requirements and KPIs
• Contribute to ongoing reporting improvements and ad-hoc analyses

Requirements

• Project Business Analyst / Junior Project Manager / Junior Data Analyst
• Strong functional and business-oriented mindset (more functional than technical)
• Comfortable with data analysis and reporting
• Ability to understand processes and clearly explain data insights
• Autonomous, structured, and able to work efficiently in a small team
• ServiceNow (reporting, dashboards), Power BI, dashboarding & reporting tools
