N1 Photo Equipment Technician

TL;DR

N1 Photo Equipment Technician (Photolithography): Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on wafer fabrication equipment with an accent on troubleshooting and repair for AMSL TWINSCAN, ASML 5500, TELACT8, LITHIUS, LITHIUS PROZ. Focus on electrical/electronic systems, pneumatic and mechanical systems, scheduled maintenance, consumable changes, documentation, and training others.

Location: Austin (Ed Bluestein, Manufacturing). Must be physically able to stand for up to 12 hours, stoop, crawl in confined spaces, and lift 50 pounds.

What you will do

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance in the ATMC Photolithography Equipment area.
• Maintain, repair, upgrade, and monitor wafer fabrication equipment including troubleshooting specific tools like AMSL TWINSCAN, ASML 5500, TELACT8, LITHIUS, LITHIUS PROZ.
• Handle electrical/electronic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems, consumable changes, and other activities.
• Complete documentation and train others on equipment maintenance.
• Communicate effectively in written and verbal forms with operations and engineering personnel.

Requirements

• AS, AAS in electronics or industrial engineering preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 8 years in semiconductor industry; minimum 5 years in Photolithography area.
• AA degree in Electronics + 5 years technical maintenance, or equivalent.
• Solid understanding of SPC and FDC to improve equipment performance.
• Excellent problem-solving, verbal/written communication, and interaction skills.
• Ability to interface with internal/external groups for safety, performance, reliability.
