What you will do

• Conduct needs assessments to identify business challenges and skill gaps using interviews and product data.
• Design customized learning plans with courses, workshops, and documentation to meet customer goals.
• Facilitate live training sessions, adapting content in real-time to learner needs.
• Drive adoption by recommending strategies to increase learning maturity and answering technical questions.
• Coordinate with content developers, account teams, and training partners for high-impact experiences.
• Track progress and report ROI using data-driven metrics.
• Proactively solve obstacles to customer learning success.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of Atlassian ecosystem (Jira, Confluence, JSM, or other tools).
• Experience facilitating live training with ability to improvise and adapt.
• 3+ years in customer-facing roles (Customer Education, Scaled Success, Training) or technical experience with Atlassian tools and customer training support.
• Program management skills in ideation, scheduling, and resource management.
• Proficiency in adult learning principles and performance consulting.
• Comfort building programs from scratch without established playbooks.
• Exceptional writing and presentation skills for cross-functional alignment.
