What you will do

• Partner with Art and Copy teams to develop concepts and explore visual territories using AI tools like Midjourney, Firefly, and Sora.
• Produce high-quality visual designs for campaigns, digital content, social media, packaging, and retail.
• Refine AI-generated outputs into production-ready creative while maintaining brand systems.
• Collaborate with motion partners to implement AI-assisted animation and visual development.
• Develop and optimize repeatable AI workflows to help the broader team adopt emerging technologies.
• Translate complex product features into compelling visual stories in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Must be based in New York City.
• 3–6 years of design experience in an agency or in-house creative studio.
• Deep AI fluency is mandatory, including prompt crafting and image/motion generation tools.
• Portfolio showcasing exceptional craft and conceptual thinking with AI-shaped work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and 3D tools.

• Experience with generative pipelines.
• Familiarity with modern digital and social content formats.
