Location: Fort Worth, TX, United States (Hybrid, 2 days a week in office)

What you will do

• Maintain global chart of accounts in general ledger and treasury management systems
• Participate in Oracle ERP implementation and new accounting standards projects
• Ensure accounting controls and compliance to mitigate financial reporting risks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project impacts to finance
• Monitor and resolve system issues
• Support internal reporting, SEC filings, and quarterly/year-end audits

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• 2+ years in public or general accounting, preferably financial services
• Knowledge of Oracle ERP and automated financial systems
• Experience with GAAP, financial controls, and account reconciliations
• Analytical mindset with ability to prioritize in fast-paced environment
• Intermediate skills in ad hoc queries and reporting
