Salary: $111,000 -- $159,000 USD (up to $124,000 -- $176,000 USD in select US locations)

What you will do
- Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to dbt, SQL, Jinja/Liquid templating, and cloud data platforms.
- Clarify customer goals and context to provide targeted solutions and workarounds.
- Perform root cause analysis for faster resolutions or high-quality escalations to engineering.
- Deliver excellent communication with timely updates and explanations to build trust.
- Create documentation and enablement materials to improve team efficiency.
Requirements
- 5+ years in technical consulting, advanced support, or software development in SaaS
- Proven troubleshooting of SQL queries, Jinja/Liquid templating, and YAML configurations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience managing escalations to engineering with reproducibility
- Collaborative mindset and passion for helping customers succeed
- Comfortable with distributed teams across time zones
Nice to have
- Prior experience using or supporting dbt
- Experience with SAML, Azure AD, or Okta
- Knowledge of API scripting, CI/CD pipelines, or orchestration tools like Airflow/Dagster
- Familiarity with Snowflake or BigQuery access models
- Infrastructure troubleshooting in cloud VPCs or bastion servers
