Agile Delivery Lead

Salary: $100,000 - $155,000 per year

What you will do

• Schedule and chair Falcon Complete Agile ceremonies, including stand-ups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Ensure demos and training are performed for impactful changes to end-user processes and workflows.
• Create and report on team and project metrics, and maintain a prioritized backlog for the teams.
• Remove blockers for the Agile and project teams and support Falcon Complete in our Agile maturity journey.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and advocate for the Agile and project teams.
• Administer Jira workflows and automation within the Falcon Complete Jira Projects.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience working as a Program or Project Manager.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Advanced Knowledge of Atlassian tools – JIRA / Wiki.
• Exceptional audience analysis, written and verbal communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to make complex subjects easy to comprehend.
• Passion for seizing opportunities for improvement at every turn.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of and experience with technical audiences, cybersecurity, and startups.
• Experience as a Jira global and/or project admin.
