Senior C# Software Engineer (Fintech)

• Write clean, reliable, and maintainable backend code using Kotlin.
• Build scalable cloud-based systems within a product-focused Agile team.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to build and ship features.
• Participate in planning, technical discussions, and code reviews.
• Build well-tested services and contribute to continuous delivery.
• Own work from development through production while continuously improving technical skills.

Requirements

• Solid hands-on experience with C# and openness to learning Java or Kotlin.
• Strong focus on code quality, clean design, and testing.
• Problem-solving ability and effective collaboration in a team environment.
• Clear communication and willingness to contribute to team decisions.
• Interest in modern engineering practices, including CI/CD and cloud-native tools.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Manchester.

• Experience in fintech or banking.
