Location: Fully remote, based in either the APAC or North American time zones.
Salary: $134k USD plus equity.

What you will do
- Troubleshoot a broad range of technical issues from deployment to networking.
- Triage problems and coordinate with other teams.
- Respond to support requests across multiple channels (email, community forums, Slack).
Requirements
- Software development experience.
- Comfortable with technical troubleshooting and code review.
- Customer-first attitude.
- Good judgment.
- Great written English communication.
