What you will do

• Extract and process daily sales data from restaurant POS systems with precision and accuracy.
• Create detailed journal entries using established file structures and accounting protocols.
• Perform consistent data entry tasks seven days a week, including flexible weekend coverage.
• Maintain backend accounting operations with complete focus on data accuracy and system integrity.
• Follow proven processes to ensure financial consistency across multiple restaurant clients.
• Collaborate with internal team members and provide support for accounting inquiries.

Requirements

• Demonstrated excellence in data entry with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards.
• Comfort level with POS systems and basic accounting concepts.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and professional home office setup.
• Flexibility to work weekends and adapt to varying schedule requirements.
• Strong English communication skills for effective internal team collaboration.
