What you will do

• Provide technical support on various client projects.
• Complete client site assessment surveys accurately and comprehensively.
• Facilitate the installation and configuration of new network equipment racks, workstation deployments, and other technology infrastructure upgrades.
• Act as an on-site liaison for remote engineers, clearly communicating any issues or required adjustments for facilitating site cutovers.
• Collect and document detailed notes and photographs of completed work.
• Maintain the highest level of professionalism and decorum in all client interactions.

Requirements

• Practical experience working in IT, professional services, or customer support organizations.
• Education and/or background in Telecom, network/systems administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in developing technical and consulting skills.
• Comfortable interacting and presenting in front of customers.
• Willing to frequently travel to customer sites.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder.
