What you will do
- Develop and execute a strategic account plan aligned to customer business objectives and ’ growth goals.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior decision-makers, including C-level executives.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within existing and new business units and brands.
- Lead and motivate a virtual team of sales, solutions engineering, customer success, and partners to execute against your account strategy.
- Collaborate closely with cloud partners (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and GSIs to drive co-sell motions and scale adoption.
- Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding client expectations & internal KPIs.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a global account management role, leading a large cross functional global team, within the technology industry.
- Consistent quota over-achievement, particularly in complex, multi-stakeholder sales environments.
- Experience driving adoption of usage-based, consumption-led models, including land-and-expand strategies.
- Proven experience selling enterprise software platforms to large, complex organisations.
- Strong ownership of executive-level client relationships and the ability to operate credibly at C-suite level.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with client stakeholders.
