What you will do

• Design core product experiences from scratch for early product concepts and MVPs across web and app.
• Prototype, test, and iterate fast to validate ideas and improve the product in tight feedback loops.
• Partner with Product & Engineering to shape product direction and ship experiments quickly.
• Help evolve initial design principles, interaction patterns, and visual direction.
• Translate early brand thinking into product experiences and customer-facing surfaces.
• Experiment with AI-powered interaction models and workflows to improve discovery, personalization, and inspiration in shopping.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience in product design, ideally with time spent at early-stage startups or zero-to-one products.
• A portfolio that shows you can design from ambiguity—early concepts, MVPs, and shipped products that evolved over time.
• Highly hands-on and comfortable working without established processes, systems, or guardrails.
• Strong product instincts: you think in terms of user problems, hypotheses, and outcomes—not just screens.
• Fluent in modern design tools (Figma, prototyping, AI design tools) and comfortable sharing rough work early and often.
• Curious about AI, emerging technologies, and new interaction models.
