- Create and test ad creatives to achieve the best Cost Per Hire (CPH).
- Launch, optimize, and scale ad campaigns in Meta Ads.
- Analyze campaign results, form conclusions, and present them to stakeholders.
- Create and test landing pages to improve conversion rates.
- Launch new teacher acquisition channels like TikTok and participate in employer branding.
Требования
- 2–3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in performance marketing or paid social.
- Experience with ad budgets from $20k/month.
- Ability to create high-performing creatives for Meta/TikTok.
- Understanding of key marketing metrics and their interdependencies.
- Experience with CRO and landing page testing.
- Understanding of Meta, Google, and TikTok optimization logic and creative requirements.
