What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end campaign operations from setup and budgeting to performance optimization.
  • Brief and iterate on creative assets, particularly UGC, with internal and external teams.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like AppsFlyer and Google Analytics.
  • Run structured A/B tests to validate hypotheses and improve funnel conversion.
  • Collaborate with creative, analytics, BI, and product teams to scale campaigns.
  • Build relationships with platform reps to gain access to betas and strategic insights.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing or user acquisition.
  • Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and social performance tools.
  • Proven ability to manage both web and app acquisition campaigns at scale.
  • Fluent English proficiency is required.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in data interpretation and funnel optimization.
  • Familiarity with marketing attribution tools like AppsFlyer.

Nice to have

  • Experience in online betting or highly regulated digital industries.
  • Proficiency with AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or Perplexity for marketing tasks.
  • Experience with BI tools like Metabase, Tableau, or Power BI.
