What you will do

• Own day-to-day privacy processes including Records of Processing Activities (RoPA), Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), and Data Subject Requests (DSRs).
• Administer and optimise privacy tooling such as OneTrust and Jira to support operational workflows.
• Support the rollout and governance of AI-enabled technologies, ensuring responsible and compliant implementation.
• Provide clear guidance to stakeholders on data protection, privacy-by-design, marketing consent, cookies, and AI-related risks.
• Develop and deliver training and documentation to improve privacy awareness and AI literacy across the organisation.
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Procurement, and Security teams to balance business needs with privacy requirements.

Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in data privacy and/or data governance (in-house or consulting)
• Strong understanding of global privacy regulations and compliance frameworks
• Experience working across cross-functional teams
• Ability to design, improve, and implement processes, policies, and frameworks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics
• Collaborative, team-oriented mindset

Nice to have

• Experience with privacy tools such as OneTrust and Jira
• Certifications such as CIPP/E, CIPM, or equivalent
• Exposure to AI governance frameworks or certifications (e.g., AIGP)
• Experience in fintech, technology, or regulated environments
