What you will do

• Oversee global transfer pricing compliance, ensuring accuracy in monthly calculations and disclosures.
• Direct the drafting and management of the global intercompany agreement portfolio.
• Drive the transfer pricing strategy and advise on planning aspects of business expansion.
• Be a key member supporting the digital transformation roadmap to migrate from manual workflows to automated, data-centric systems, including implementing Generative AI for documentation drafting.
• Manage and lead global tax audits and provide controversy defense strategies/support as needed.
• Mentor, train, and manage internal tax professionals to develop and grow the transfer pricing team.

Requirements

• 7-10+ years of transfer pricing experience – A combination of Big 4 and large multi-national corporate experience is preferred.
• A Graduate degree, JD/CPA, or equivalent qualification is highly preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of international transfer pricing regulations and documentation requirements.
• Advanced ability to use Excel, Google Suite, experience with Alteryx, and familiarity with various ERP systems.
• Proven leadership and people management skills with the ability to build and mentor a high-performing team.
