Location: Manchester initially, then remote within the UK.
Salary: £26,200 increasing to £26,950 after 6 months.

What you will do
- Support customers side-by-side in a branch environment.
- Handle inbound calls and assist customers through social media, web-chat, and remote video appointments.
- Offer reassurance, guidance, and practical support during important moments for customers.
- Promote and support digital services, helping customers use online and mobile banking independently.
- Connect customers with the right products and services.
Requirements
- A minimum of 12 month’s customer service experience.
- Must have a suitable home working environment including a private area and a stable/secure Wi-Fi connection.
- Advocate for 's products and services, demonstrating excellent knowledge of banking app and products.
- Commitment to deliver on promises and going above and beyond for the customer.
