Project Manager

TL;DR

Project Manager (IT Projects): Managing IT projects within the Digital Next space, focusing on planning, execution, and team coordination within an Agile framework. Focus on ensuring clear communication among stakeholders and supporting the project team in achieving its objectives.

Location: Denver, CO preferred. Ability to go into corporate or client offices to work onsite, as necessary.

What you will do

• Manage the planning, scheduling, and tracking of project deliverables, goals, and milestones.
• Work with stakeholders to define project scope and manage the change control process.
• Apply Agile methodologies to manage the project backlog and facilitate sprint ceremonies.
• Execute the project communication plan, ensuring stakeholders are informed of progress, risks, and milestones.
• Identify, document, and monitor project risks and dependencies, implementing mitigation and contingency plans.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by analyzing project results and sharing key learnings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related area or equivalent experience.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Minimum of 5 years’ IT experience, including 3 years managing IT projects.
• Experience speaking to and working on technical projects.
• Demonstrated experience leading projects with Agile methodologies.
• Computer skills and proficiency in MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Nice to have

• Completion of another recognized project management certification.
• Change management or Lean Six Sigma certifications.
• Experience with project portfolio management (PPM) tools.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience with Continuous Discovery and Delivery frameworks.
• Experience in regulated industries.
