Project Manager (Supply Chain)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for mid-to-large scale initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource forecasts.
• Facilitate project and Steering committee meetings, communicate progress, and escalate critical issues.
• Identify and coordinate dependencies and risks through proactive mitigation and RAID logs.
• Partner with business and IT teams to translate logistics and operational requirements into technical deliverables.
• Build project dashboards in Smartsheet and contribute to PMO process improvements and standards.

Requirements

• 3+ years of demonstrable Project Management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience coordinating project delivery, preferably in service supply chain logistics.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, SAFe, and Waterfall methodologies.
• High proficiency in Smartsheet, Jira, Power BI, and MS Project.
• Must have the current and continuing right to work in the United States without restrictions or expirations.

Nice to have

• PMP, CSM, or SAFe certifications.
