What you will do

• Maintain and improve the billing infrastructure.
• Monitor key indicators affecting billing efficiency, including authorization rate, risk metrics, and cost optimization.
• Negotiate with payment providers.
• Create and handle tasks for the development team.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, the support team, financiers, management, and the development team.
• Manage traffic routing through the Orchestration platform.
• Research the most popular payment methods in different markets.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience as a Billing Manager / Anti-Fraud manager.
• Experience with chargebacks, refunds, performance metrics, and cost optimization.
• Interest in billing/payments and a desire to develop in this niche.
• Analytical mindset and systematic approach to completing tasks.
• Independence in formulating hypotheses and proposals for solving assigned problems.
• Proactivity and focus on finding new hypotheses to improve the financial performance of the business.
• English: Upper Intermediate or higher

Nice to have

• Experience in the financial or banking sector.
• Experience working with payment systems.
• Understanding of unit economics and data-driven decision-making methodology.
• Skill in creating technical requirements for developers and running A/B tests.
• Experience in negotiations with business partners.
