What you will do

• Lead and deliver cross-functional commercial projects from ideation to execution.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams to define and prioritize initiatives.
• Build and maintain clear project roadmaps, timelines, and success metrics.
• Support go-to-market initiatives such as new product launches, pricing strategies, and market expansion efforts.
• Track performance, risks, and dependencies, and proactively drive mitigation plans.
• Communicate clearly with senior stakeholders on progress, challenges, and outcomes.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing end-to-end projects, including planning, execution, and delivery across cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, with experience in tracking progress, managing budgets, and reporting on outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to engage, communicate with, and influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Experience working in complex or fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Jira, MS Project).
• Formal training or certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) preferred.
