What you will do

• Serve as the technical focal point towards blade suppliers for process engineering topics, collaborating with technical program managers and global process engineers.
• Ensure lessons learned and best practices are implemented at the supplier, eliminating recurring quality issues, reducing costs, and improving production cycles.
• Coordinate and support the introduction of new blade types and technical changes, working with technical program managers.
• Provide technical support on the shop floor to resolve operational and process-related issues in blade manufacturing.
• Coordinate and support the execution of new material industrialization topics and shop floor trials.
• Drive cost-out projects to decrease consumptions in the shop floor and participate in BoM discussions.

Requirements

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience within blade manufacturing, preferably in production or process departments.
• Hands-on mentality with a willingness to work in shop floor projects and shifts when required.
• Strong communication skills on both engineering and blue-collar levels.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
