Sustainability Intern: Communicating, training, and engaging with colleagues on sustainability activities and shaping a community of ambassadors. Focus on contributing to impactful sustainability initiatives and gaining hands-on experience in ESG practices within a global organization.

Location: Onsite in Parma, Italy

What you will do

Engage with over 5000 colleagues on Sustainability.
Manage and animate the Sustainability ambassadors community.
Support yearly Stakeholders engagement as per European CSRD.
Design and execute Sustainability monthly projects, meetings, and events.

Requirements

Proficient in English.
Curious, with a problem-solving approach.
With an entrepreneurial attitude.
Eager to learn, accountable, and proactive.
