What you will do
- Establish trust with customers, representing company values.
- Provide first-level support on domains, email, hosting, servers, and website creation tools.
- Identify customer needs and advise on new product purchases.
- Follow up with customers needing support and technical assistance via email, chat, and phone.
- Escalate unresolved queries to the second-level support team.
Requirements
- Swiss-German language high skills are essential
- English would also be welcome, Italian and French are a plus
- Demonstrable previous experience in customer service and/or helpdesk.
- Impeccable oral and written communication.
- Ability to work autonomously in a collaborative environment.
- High customer orientation.
- Experience working in the Swiss market is optimal.
- Must be eligible to work in the country you’re applying for. Unfortunately, we are unable to support relocation packages or sponsorship visas.
