TL;DR
Modern Workplace Consultant (M365 Migrations & Core Services): Delivering Microsoft 365 migration projects and supporting customers during their cloud transformation with an accent on Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint Online migration and configuration. Focus on designing basic M365 architecture for migration projects and participating in hybrid projects.
Location: Hybrid, Warsaw, Poland, with the possibility of working Remotely. Valid working visa for Poland required.

What you will do
- Deliver migration projects to Microsoft 365.
- Migrate and configure Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint Online.
- Support customers during on‑prem → cloud transformation.
- Design basic M365 architecture for migration projects.
- Take part in hybrid projects (Exchange / Active Directory / identity).
Requirements
- Experience with Microsoft 365 migration projects.
- Hands‑on knowledge of Exchange Online.
- Knowledge of SharePoint Online and/or Microsoft Teams.
- Understanding of hybrid environments.
- Ability to work in projects and communicate directly with customers.
- Fluent level of Polish and English.
