What you will do

• Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 services, including Copilot, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive for Business.
• Ensure availability, performance, and security of Microsoft 365 environments.
• Implement security and compliance controls, including GDPR and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell automation scripts to streamline administrative tasks.
• Handle M365 2nd line incidents and service requests.
• Work in a cross-country M365 team of 12 professionals using Agile practices.

Requirements

• 4/5+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Solid experience administering Microsoft 365 services and working with cloud (Azure).
• Strong knowledge of M365 applications: Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive for Business.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Experience with security and compliance topics (including GDPR) and troubleshooting/problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Familiarity with security and compliance standards for cloud services.
• Knowledge of networking and identity management in a cloud environment.
• Experience in the Banking sector.
