Enterprise Account Executive (AI): Driving revenue growth and market development for advanced AI and quantum solutions in Qatar with an accent on consultative enterprise sales and C-suite engagement. Focus on building a pipeline from scratch, co-creating bespoke AI use cases, and navigating complex multi-stakeholder environments to secure high-value strategic engagements.

Location: Must be based in Doha, Qatar with legal authorization to work in Qatar.

What you will do

  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle from strategic discovery to closing and account expansion.
  • Design and execute a national go-to-market strategy for AI and quantum-inspired optimization solutions.
  • Engage C-suite stakeholders to identify latent needs and co-create tailored business value narratives.
  • Represent the company within the national enterprise ecosystem, including industry associations and conferences.
  • Lead cross-functional deal teams to ensure alignment across product, engineering, and legal functions.
  • Build and maintain a disciplined pipeline with a 3x coverage ratio against annual quotas.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of direct revenue-generating experience at an AI scale-up or deep-tech company.
  • Proven track record of closing enterprise deals with a TCV of €500K+.
  • Native fluency in Arabic and fluent English are mandatory.
  • Must have legal authorization to work in Qatar.
  • Experience in new-logo acquisition and building markets from scratch.

Nice to have

  • Established network within large enterprises in finance, energy, manufacturing, or telecom.
  • Background in consulting, system integration, or complex solution sales.
  • Experience scaling new verticals or product lines in high-growth environments.
