Location: Must be based in Doha, Qatar with legal authorization to work in Qatar.

What you will do
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle from strategic discovery to closing and account expansion.
- Design and execute a national go-to-market strategy for AI and quantum-inspired optimization solutions.
- Engage C-suite stakeholders to identify latent needs and co-create tailored business value narratives.
- Represent the company within the national enterprise ecosystem, including industry associations and conferences.
- Lead cross-functional deal teams to ensure alignment across product, engineering, and legal functions.
- Build and maintain a disciplined pipeline with a 3x coverage ratio against annual quotas.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of direct revenue-generating experience at an AI scale-up or deep-tech company.
- Proven track record of closing enterprise deals with a TCV of €500K+.
- Native fluency in Arabic and fluent English are mandatory.
- Must have legal authorization to work in Qatar.
- Experience in new-logo acquisition and building markets from scratch.

- Established network within large enterprises in finance, energy, manufacturing, or telecom.
- Background in consulting, system integration, or complex solution sales.
- Experience scaling new verticals or product lines in high-growth environments.
