Location: Hybrid in Lisbon, Portugal. Working schedule of 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM WET.

What you will do

• Process and review customer trial modifications and orders, contracts, and billing setup requests from Sales and Customer Success teams.
• Facilitate onboarding and management of manually invoiced customers and consolidated billing accounts.
• Manage discounting, couponing, and special billing actions in line with customer agreements and promotions.
• Act as a subject matter expert for the order management lifecycle, supporting the documentation of operating procedures.
• Collaborate with Finance Operations, Commercial, Support, Billing, Product, and Engineering teams to streamline order management and the billing process.
• Actively support, test, and provide feedback on new features, functionality, and releases impacting billing & payments.

Requirements

• 2 - 4 years of experience in a similar role/environment.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Process-driven and documentation-oriented.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, particularly with internal commercial teams.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Proficient written and spoken English.
