What you will do

• Manage and control all company accounting activities.
• Execute general ledger postings and perform account reconciliations.
• Control subcontractor invoicing and bank reconciliations.
• Maintain fixed asset records and ensure module consistency.
• Support the Accounting Director with yearly audits and month-end/year-end reporting.
• Assist the Group CFO and Accounting Manager with tax-related tasks and special projects.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional accounting experience.
• Degree in Accounting from ISCAL or a similar institution.
• Excellent knowledge of Portuguese tax legislation.
• Proven expertise in bookkeeping principles, accounting standards, and regulations.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.

Nice to have

• Previous experience working with SAGE accounting software.
