What you will do

• Define analytics strategy and lead a team of analysts, mentoring and setting engineering standards for how analytics grows.
• Own BI and visualization delivery across dashboards and investigation tools for real-time revenue performance, active campaigns, and infrastructure cost visibility.
• Design automated data pipelines and transformation frameworks for high-scale event processing, aligning with data science, data engineering, and backend teams on data quality standards.
• Build structured data layers using SQL and Python, leveraging tools such as dbt and Airflow.
• Partner proactively with business and technical leaders by identifying analytical blind spots and translating findings into actionable recommendations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence, including analytics leadership responsibilities.
• Strong background in AdTech or mobile gaming to understand user experience data, bidding auctions, and publisher app mechanics.
• Advanced SQL proficiency and strong Python expertise for analytics engineering and data layer development.
• Proven experience with BI and visualization platforms such as QuickSight, Tableau, or Looker.
• Experience designing and operating data pipelines and transformation frameworks at very large scale (hundreds of millions of daily events).
• Relocation support is provided to Hamburg, Germany for candidates ready to join.
