Senior Private Banking Executive (Fintech)

Location: Must be based in London (Hybrid: minimum 40% time in office required)

What you will do

• Support Private Banking Managers and Directors in managing complex entrepreneur and founder client relationships.
• Ensure seamless delivery of banking, lending, investment, and estate planning services.
• Contribute to client meetings, relationship planning, and proactive engagement strategies.
• Plan and deliver client and colleague events to strengthen the Entrepreneurs proposition.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external introducers to drive sustainable growth.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience supporting High Net Worth client relationships in Private Banking or Wealth Management.
• Solid understanding of the financial services landscape and the specific needs of entrepreneur clients.
• Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Collaborative mindset and confidence in stakeholder engagement.
• Must be able to work from the London office at least 40% of the time.

• Experience supporting complex or vulnerable client situations.
