What you will do

• Lead Google Workspace implementation, migration, and optimization projects from discovery to delivery.
• Design secure and scalable collaborative architectures aligned with industry standards.
• Advise enterprise clients on security, governance, compliance, and identity management strategies.
• Facilitate technical workshops, environment assessments, and client discovery sessions.
• Support user adoption and change management initiatives to maximize business value.
• Collaborate with sales teams to shape solution designs and project estimations.

Requirements

• Professional Spanish and English proficiency required.
• Right to work in Spain required.
• Strong expertise in implementing and administering Google Workspace environments.
• Deep knowledge of Google Admin Console, security configurations, and compliance controls.
• Experience with identity and access management, SSO, federation, and directory synchronization.
• Proven ability to lead technical workshops and strategic conversations with enterprise clients.

Nice to have

• Google Workspace certifications (e.g., Professional Google Workspace Administrator).
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 environments and migration scenarios.
• Knowledge of automation or scripting tools like Apps Script, GAM, or APIs.
