What you will do

• Optimize metadata, error responses, and registry presence for hirify.global’s MCP tools.
• Systematically test and benchmark how major agent platforms recommend hirify.global against competitors.
• Build and maintain reporting infrastructure to tie agent activity to registrations and usage.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and example repos specifically optimized for AI agent consumption.
• Design and interpret experiments to improve agent-driven discovery and integration outcomes.

Requirements

• Deep fluency with MCP (Model Context Protocol), including editing tool descriptions and JSON schemas.
• Hands-on experience with at least 2 major AI coding agents and their workflows.
• Strong technical background: proficiency with APIs, CLI tools, npm, Git, and structured server logs.
• Proven ability in analytics: setting up custom reports, building funnels, and managing data discipline.
• Growth mindset: ability to ship experiments weekly and iterate without engineering or data science support.
• Content optimization skills: writing technical content structured for machine parsing rather than human browsing.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in developer relations, developer marketing, or growth.
• Familiarity with media management APIs and competitive cloud landscape.
• Experience contributing to MCP servers.
• Working knowledge of Python for automation and data analysis.
