Payments and Fraud Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Cyprus; office-based role in Limassol with rotating 24/7 shifts.

What you will do

• Monitor the automated fraud system and review suspicious users.
• Handle, review, and represent chargeback cases.
• Provide customer support for payment and fraud-related issues.
• Assist the Finance and Risk Department with general operational activities.
• Work rotating 24/7 shifts.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a fraud-related or similar role.
• At least 1 year of experience in online customer support, banking, financial services, or online payments is preferred.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Critical thinking, fast decision-making, and strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to work in an office-based role in Cyprus.
