What you will do

• Redesign and elevate family and kids' spaces to ensure they are best-in-class, safe, and age-appropriate.
• Design and operate a high-quality weekly schedule of educational, creative, and physical activities for children ages 0–18.
• Build and activate a strong parent community in collaboration with the Parents & Families Ambassador.
• Develop and scale family-related revenue streams, including childcare, tutoring, and holiday camps.
• Position hirify.global as the leading residential community for families in Riyadh through standout experiences and marketing collaboration.
• Track engagement, satisfaction, and financial metrics to optimize family initiatives and leasing demand.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in education, childcare, family services, community building, or hospitality.
• Strong understanding of child development and community dynamics.
• Proven experience building or scaling programs and community-led initiatives.
• Ability to operate across both high-level strategy and hands-on execution.
• Fluency in English required; Arabic is a plus.
• Must be based in Riyadh for on-site work.
