What you will do
- Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Social Listening, Managed Channels Analytics, and Voice of Customer (VoC).
- Conduct deep discovery to understand customer decision-making and transform raw signals into measurable business outcomes.
- Collaborate with AI, Data, and Engineering teams to enhance insight accuracy, sentiment quality, and AI explainability.
- Execute rigorous prioritization using customer feedback, product data, and strategic commercial impact.
- Drive product adoption and retention by monitoring customer behavior and feedback loops.
- Foster alignment across Engineering, Design, AI, and Sales to build a culture of empowerment and problem-solving.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably within B2B SaaS environments.
- Proven track record of leading the full product lifecycle from discovery and validation to delivery and iteration.
- Experience working with large datasets, analytics platforms, or technically complex AI systems.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences and align stakeholders under uncertainty.
- Must be based in Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Jordan, Qatar, Bahrain, or Lebanon.
Nice to have
- Experience with social listening, media monitoring, or research platforms like Brandwatch, Sprinklr, or Qualtrics.
- Familiarity with NLP, LLMs, sentiment analysis, or automated research workflows.
- Knowledge of MENA markets and experience working with Arabic-language products and dialects.
