What you will do

• Translate bespoke client requirements into detailed technical specifications for application enhancements.
• Drive analysis on complex, non-standard cases and lead resolution efforts for unique business processes.
• Develop and manage project schedules, milestones, and work breakdown structures for customized developments.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client delivery teams to manage expectations and technical queries.
• Lead and mentor a team of analysts, conducting quality reviews and allocating work to ensure zero-defect output.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to customized design, technical constraints, or resource gaps.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Program or Project Management within an Application Management Services (AMS) context.
• Strong technical background with expertise in relevant technologies like Java, SQL/PLSQL, or ERP systems.
• Demonstrated ability to solve open-ended problems and adapt standard operating procedures for custom requests.
• Excellent communication skills for managing complex global client relationships.
• Leadership capability in coaching teams and driving quality standards.
