What you will do

• Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for cross-border remittance, settlement, and currency exchange services.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from market research and requirements gathering to solution design, launch, and optimization.
• Collaborate with engineering, compliance, legal, and operations teams to ensure products are scalable and regulatory-compliant.
• Analyze customer needs and competitor offerings in key corridors such as Asia, EU, and UAE to identify opportunities.
• Drive product performance by tracking metrics like transaction volume, revenue per corridor, and user retention.
• Engage with payment networks, remittance providers, and settlement banks to build ecosystem support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 6+ years of product management experience in fintech, remittance, payments, or banking.
• At least 2 years of focused experience in cross-border or international money movement.
• Strong understanding of payment systems, FX, settlement processes, and compliance (AML/KYC).
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Experience in Brazil or other emerging markets.
• Familiarity with blockchain or crypto-based payment rails.
• Experience integrating with third-party PSPs, banks, or global remittance networks.
• Working knowledge of real-time payment systems.
