What you will do

• Ensure the stability, continuity, and availability of digital applications through proactive service management.
• Provide rapid response to incidents and resolve escalated user queries to limit system downtime.
• Own, maintain, and track technical incidents throughout their entire lifecycle.
• Support and implement application improvement initiatives to enhance service quality.
• Coordinate with component digital teams to resolve live software errors and technical bottlenecks.
• Utilize defined best practices, standards, and tools for application delivery and documentation.

Requirements

• Strong professional experience in IT software support.
• Proficiency in Java and J2EE.
• Solid knowledge of Unix/Linux environments.
• Ability to write complex SQL queries for Oracle, MS SQL, Postgres, or other DBMS.
• Experience in direct client interaction and coordination.
• Knowledge of the BFS (Banking and Financial Services) domain.

Nice to have

• Functional knowledge of Digital banking.
• Experience with OpenShift Container Platform.
