What you will do

• Analyze system architectures, dependencies, and interfaces to assist with resolution of escalated incidents.
• Document current-state and proposed architectural views for troubleshooting and decision-making.
• Perform root cause analysis by assessing architectural factors affecting system performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with Tier 2 Support Leads and technical teams to recommend architecture-aligned solutions.
• Maintain architectural artifacts and technical documentation to ensure operational continuity.

Requirements

• Must hold or be able to obtain and maintain Secret Clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or 9 years of equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Relevant architecture or systems engineering certifications (e.g., TOGAF, DoDAF, AWS Solutions Architect).
