What you will do
- Lead and mentor a team of associates handling customer inquiries via email, social media, and transaction workflows.
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure accuracy and compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Monitor workflow performance and implement strategies to resolve bottlenecks and enhance service delivery.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for complex or high-priority customer cases.
- Collaborate with Compliance, Marketing, and Product teams to streamline processes and business goals.
- Prepare performance reports and foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Finance, Business, or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of experience in customer service, account management, or financial operations.
- 1-2 years of experience in a team lead or supervisory role.
- Proven experience managing multi-channel workflows in fast-paced environments.
- English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
- Location: Must be based in Taguig City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
