What you will do

  • Lead and mentor a team of associates handling customer inquiries via email, social media, and transaction workflows.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure accuracy and compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor workflow performance and implement strategies to resolve bottlenecks and enhance service delivery.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for complex or high-priority customer cases.
  • Collaborate with Compliance, Marketing, and Product teams to streamline processes and business goals.
  • Prepare performance reports and foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Finance, Business, or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer service, account management, or financial operations.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a team lead or supervisory role.
  • Proven experience managing multi-channel workflows in fast-paced environments.
  • English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Location: Must be based in Taguig City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
