What you will do

• Contribute to Solidity codebases, focusing on upgrade patterns, proxy architecture, and account abstraction.
• Implement and optimize cross-chain messaging systems.
• Drive rigorous design reviews, threat modeling, fuzz testing, and formal verification.
• Own end-to-end delivery of new protocol features and continuous maintenance of existing vaults.
• Manage external auditors and bug-bounty programs, implementing incident-response playbooks.
• Represent the protocol in client integrations and the broader open-source community.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 2-3+ years of experience writing production Solidity (ERC-20, ERC-4626, proxy patterns).
• Deep knowledge of EVM internals, gas optimization, and common smart-contract exploits.
• Proficiency with Foundry and/or Hardhat.
• English: C1+ (Excellent written and verbal) required for communication with executives and auditors.

Nice to have

• Professional experience with Rust or Move-based platforms (Aptos).
• Background in traditional finance, risk, credit, or derivatives.
• Contributions to open-source security research, EIPs, or protocol governance.
• Experience with top-tier audit cycles (e.g., Trail of Bits, Spearbit).
