What you will do

• Develop, test, and maintain scalable software solutions aligned with mission requirements.
• Apply secure coding standards and industry best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
• Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers.
• Lead development efforts on complex projects and collaborate with architects and project managers.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to CI/CD and DevOps pipelines.
• Ensure compliance with security requirements and support audits and certification efforts.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of professional software development experience.
• Must hold an active Top Secret clearance.
• Must possess DoD 8140 certifications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven ability to lead development efforts on enterprise or mission-critical applications.
