What you will do

• Own vehicle-level projects from planning and design through testing phases.
• Manage integration of primary flight control hardware and data acquisition systems.
• Conduct hardware-in-the-loop testing and ground station development.
• Coordinate with software and human-machine interface teams to ensure system compatibility.
• Guide project schedules and prioritize aircraft functions for integration and testing.
• Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and software engineering teams to ensure safe and rapid deployment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in science or engineering or equivalent industry experience.
• 8+ years of industry experience in designing, integrating, and testing electromechanical systems.
• Solid understanding of engineering fundamentals and system design principles.
• Proficiency in reading electrical wiring schematics and writing/running code.
• Must be a U.S. person or otherwise permitted to access export-controlled technology under U.S. law.
• Excellent project management and technical communication skills.
